1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using InkSplit, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
InkSplit provides automated color separation software for screen printing. We offer various subscription tiers with different credit allocations and features. Service availability and features may change with notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Credits
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selection. Credits are allocated according to your subscription tier and refresh on your billing cycle. Unused allocation credits do not roll over, but purchased credits do. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse InkSplit services, including but not limited to: uploading illegal content, attempting to circumvent credit systems, sharing accounts, or using the service for purposes other than screen print color separation. You retain ownership of your uploaded images and created separations.
6. Intellectual Property
InkSplit and its technology, including algorithms and software, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of our service.
7. Output Quality and Warranties
While we strive for high-quality separations, InkSplit is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that separations will be error-free or suitable for all printing conditions. Users are responsible for testing and verifying output before production use.
8. Limitation of Liability
InkSplit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, production costs, or damaged materials.
9. Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of InkSplit after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Texas.
